What we do
We advise. Specialist partners carry it out.
Four ways we help, so you can make decisions with the full picture in front of you.
Jurisdiction and structure advice
We compare the options against your goals, explain the trade-offs and tell you plainly when a structure isn’t worth having.
Company set-up coordination.
We introduce you to a licensed partner agent in your chosen jurisdiction and manage the paperwork between you, the agent and the registry.
Banking guidance.
We match you with banks that suit your profile and help you prepare a complete application. Approval is always the bank’s decision.
Ongoing support.
Renewals, filings, certificates and changes of agent, handled through one point of contact.
How we work
Four steps, and you always know who is doing what.
-
Consultation. We learn about your business, where you and your owners are resident, and what you need the structure to achieve.
-
Recommendation. You receive a written comparison of suitable jurisdictions with costs, timelines, reporting duties and risks.
-
Introduction to a licensed agent. We introduce you to a partner agent in your chosen jurisdiction and coordinate due diligence and documents.
-
Ongoing support. We help with banking introductions, renewals and changes as your business evolves.
Who does what
-
Alloffshore advises, recommends, coordinates and supports you. We don’t issue or register companies.
-
Partner agents are licensed local providers who carry out due diligence and file the incorporation.
-
Registries approve and record the incorporation.
-
Banks make their own decision on every account application.

Is an international structure right for you?
When it makes sense, and when it doesn’t.
It often makes sense when…
-
You trade, invest or hold assets across several countries
-
You need a neutral holding company for investments or intellectual property
-
Your partners or investors are in different countries
-
You need a particular base, such as the EU, Asia or the US
-
There’s a genuine commercial reason for the structure

It often doesn’t when…
-
The main aim is to avoid tax in the country where you live
-
You can’t explain what the company will actually do
-
You want to earn income locally without a local presence
-
You expect secrecy from banks or authorities
-
The cost and compliance outweigh the benefit at your size
If you’re not sure which applies to you, that’s what the consultation is for.

Our approach
Lawful structures, set up properly.
International structures are legal and widely used for genuine business purposes. They also come with real obligations, and we say so up front.
Every structure we recommend goes through full identity and source-of-funds checks by the partner agent and the bank. We’ll tell you to take tax advice in the country where you live, and we don’t assist with anything designed to evade tax or hide the true owner of a company from the authorities. If a structure isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you before you spend anything on it.
