How our fees work
1. Our advisory fee
Paid to Alloffshore. It covers your consultation, a written recommendation, our introduction to a licensed partner agent, coordination of due diligence and documents, and support through the process.
2. Partner agent and government fees
Paid to the licensed agent in your chosen jurisdiction, which includes the government registration fee, the agent’s incorporation fee, and the first year of registered agent and registered office services. These vary by jurisdiction, and we pass them on at cost.
3. Annual renewal
Paid to the partner agent each year, covering government fees, registered agent and registered office. Most jurisdictions also need accounting, tax or audit work each year, which we show separately below.
4. Optional services
Banking guidance, nominee arrangements, accounting, corporate certificates and agent changes are priced separately and only when you ask for them.
