How we work
Independent advice first. Licensed partners carry out the rest.
We help you decide whether an international structure makes sense, which jurisdiction fits, and how to set it up properly. Incorporation is carried out by licensed agents in each jurisdiction, and we coordinate the whole process so you always know what’s happening and who is responsible.

Step by step
1. Consultation
We start with a conversation. We ask where you and your owners are resident, what the company will do, who your customers and suppliers are, and what you hope the structure will achieve. We also ask what you’ve already looked at.

2. Recommendation
We send you a written recommendation. It compares the jurisdictions that suit you, with costs, timelines, annual obligations, reporting duties, banking prospects and risks. Sometimes the right answer is a different jurisdiction from the one you asked about, and occasionally it’s that a structure isn’t worth having. We’ll say so.

3. Introduction and due diligence
Once you’ve chosen, we introduce you to a licensed partner agent in that jurisdiction. The agent and, later, any bank will need to verify who you are. That usually means certified passport copies, proof of address dated within the last three months, a description of the business and information about where the money comes from. We check your documents before they’re submitted, which avoids delays.

4. Incorporation
The partner agent files the incorporation with the registry and issues your certificate and company documents. Incorporation is the agent’s regulated service, and we coordinate between you, the agent and the registry. Once it’s complete, you receive your documents and your first year of registered agent and registered office services starts.

5. Banking guidance
Opening a bank account is a separate step, and often the slowest. We help you choose banks that suit your business, prepare the application and anticipate the questions each bank will ask. Banks decide independently, and we can’t guarantee an account will be opened.

6. Ongoing support
Companies need looking after. We keep track of renewals, annual filings and accounting deadlines, request certificates such as good standing or incumbency, arrange notarisation and apostilles, and help if you want to change agent or restructure. You keep one point of contact throughout.
