Advice before sales. We tell you when a structure isn’t worth having, or when another jurisdiction fits better.

Lawful structures only. We don’t assist with arrangements designed to evade tax or to conceal the true owner of a company from the authorities.

Honest about banking. Banks decide independently. We explain what they’ll ask for and where applications tend to fail.
