COMPANY MAINTENACE
Annual Reporting Requirements for Seychelles IBC Company
Accounting Records Requirement
There is no requirement to file Accounts or Annual Company Returns for the Seychelles IBC.
This results in less costs per year in real terms and added privacy as the company asset holdings and financial records remain confidential.
However to comply with the International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021 all Seychelles IBCs must keep their accounting records with their Registered Agent in the jurisdiction.

Accounting records can take on many forms and includes: bank statements, receipts, invoices, vouchers, title documents, contracts and agreements and ledgers. These must be submitted bi-annually; in January and July, as digital copies to be kept by the registered agent.

In addition a Financial Summary needs to be lodged, along with the accounting records, within six months from the financial year end. If the company remains dormant a Declaration by Directors can be submitted.
